Merry Christmas!!

Our Christmas was FABULOUS!

We went snowboarding, which just so happens to be our favorite thing to do here. We went to Okunakayama. It was very beautiful. Josh loves to snowboard. I love to snowboard also.

We came home that night and opened gifts. Seeing pics of us with our gifts are no fun, but Hoosier with his gifts are another story. He got all kinds of toys, treats, and other stuff. The main gift we got him was a New Orleans Saints collar. He loved it.

Our 4th Anniversary!

On December 21, 2007, Josh and I made it to our 4th Anniversary!

We went to have a 7-course dinner at this really nice restaurant in Hachinohe. It was called The Chateau Kamiya. Although all the meals were fancy, I forgot to take pics of it until desert. This was so good! We really enjoyed our Anniversary and can not wait for more to come!

COMM Christmas Party 2007

On December 20, 2007, we had Josh's Christmas party for work. It was a lot of fun.

They had contest and gave out prizes. I am pretending to play the piano here. Here is a pic of Jeanette and I.

Also, here is her husband, Captain Goodman showing off his cute Christmas socks.

This is a pic of Brown, Raul, Uptegrove, Sgt. French(the reindeer), Josh, Erik, and Capt. Goodman.

After the party was over, the people that went started doing keg stands. I felt like we were in highschool again. Not that I knew what a keg stand was when I was in highschool, Mom. ;) Neither Josh nor I did keg stands, but we took pics of others doing it.

SNOWBOARDING at Hakkoda!

Saturday, we went snowboarding at Hakkoda. It was the first day that Hakkoda was fully open for the season and we woke up super early and drove there to enjoy the experience. Josh took a pic of me riding the chair lift. We went with a few friends. Here is Erik, Will, Lindsey, Josh, Jeff, and I taking a group photo after we had been snowboarding all day. Lindsey and Will have become our favorite couple to hang out with here in Japan. They are the best! We all played a part in teaching Lindsey how to snowboard for the first time, but I have to say that her husband Will did the best. Go Will! Lindsey was doing such a great job by the end of the day!Lindsey is by far my best friend here in Japan. Here are some scenic pictures of Hakkoda. We have more photos to come, but they were taken on a disposable camera and we have not got them developed yet, so enjoy because I know we did.

Ice Skating 2007

Oooohhhh Weeeeeeeeeee!
Ice Skating=so much fun!
We went with our friends Lindsey and Will. Lindsey and I took pictures putting on our ice skates. Josh and I had a blast skating on our new skates. Lindsey and I had fun ice skating. Josh likes to pretend like he is going fast, when really he is just standing still. I was getting ready to do my triple sow cow....Uh, yeah right! :)

Thanksgiving day=A LOT OF SNOW

Okay, so we woke up on Thanksgiving morning to about 12 inches of snow. It was fun to see Hoosier playing in the snow.

If you look closely, you can see him playing peek a boo behind the tree in this photo.

Poor thing had to dig a hole to use the restroom. Our cars were covered with snow.

My hand is on the top of the roof and the snow is still higher to give you an estimate of how much snow there was.

It was constantly snowing all day!

This was the remnants of our back steps and patio furniture after the snow fall.
