Lordy Lordy Look Who's Forty!

Friday night, 19 February, we celebrated Lin's 40th Birthday!

We got him some "I'm Sorry your Over the Hill" balloons, vitamins for "mature" men, Prune juice, and some Al Capone's.

We had a blast all night, singing Karaoke and watching everyone act crazy with their "liquid" courage.Oh, how we love the good times that we have with good friends!

I hope the baby likes.....

Just joking...our house does not look like this. Josh was about to bathe Hoosier and this was the result of brushing him.

Josh's new sleeping position

I wake up a gazillion times a night it seems and every time I do, Josh is sleeping with his hands behind his head. When I tell him in the morning, he never believes me...but now here's proof! :)

Isn't this just tooooooooooooo adorable???

Josh and I found this tonight and just "had" to buy it.
After all, the baby was "made" in Japan. :)

My husband is AWESOME!!!!

Josh came home from work on Friday and surprised me with this early Valentine's Day gift.
I love this guy so much!!

Nine Months

Today I finally reach Nine Months!
Or 36 out of 40 weeks....so that means I have exactly 4 weeks left of pregnancy bliss.
I had an appointment today and all is good, like it has been, healthy heartbeat, baby is in the right position, and within the standard for belly measurements.
I will now see the Doctor every week, once a week until I deliver.
We are in the "home stretch" now and I guess it is time to say...
Josh and I are going to be parents!!!

Baby's first taste of......

So, we received a package today in the mail and I wonder what could be in it......

It's a
KING CAKE!!!!

And not just any King Cake, a Randazzo's King Cake, which just so happens to be my all time favorite.

So needless to say, the baby got his first taste of King Cake and he definitely approves. ;)

Thanks Ms. Tina for sending us the King Cake....you truly are the greatest!!!

Shower #3

My third and final shower was at work today. The Japanese ladies and one military friend I work with cooked some good food and gave me diapers and a pie that I love!

COMM spouse baby shower #2

The COMM spouses threw me a great baby shower. COMM is the squadron that Josh works in, and within the squadron all the spouses have a little "group", called the COMM spouses.
I truly am blessed with good friends!
