Our Future Home!

Here is our future home...as long as all the inspections are good and you know...all that mumbo jumbo real estate lingo. :) It is 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, and a finished basement for the rec room area (or Josh's "man cave"). It is in a really nice neighborhood and is WALKING distance to Walmart!!! We are definitely going to repaint everything...especially the pink room. :)

Fujita Family

We went to eat dinner last night with the Fujita Family. They were the ones who sold me the van we had and they set up for Josh to dress as Santa last Christmas for the Japanese daycare.

Josh was honored with a going away from his workcenter. They got him a really nice gift and we ate some great food.Josh even gave beer and cigarettes to Hama-san, his Japanese co-worker as a thank you for all he has done for us.

Last weekend in Japan

We spent time with friends, Josh's going away, went to a festival, went to the beach, ate the BEST sushi in the world one last time, and more. We are really going to miss Japan, but are very ready to start our new life in Kansas. I need help coming up with a new name for the blog....any ideas? E-mail them to me! :)

Okay, it is real now. Our life is officially packed in boxes and on the way to Kansas. Guess I better change the name of my blog soon...as it won't be Life in Japan anymore!

Jersey Shore Themed Party

My friend's husband, Ben, had a birthday party tonight and it was a Jersey Shore Theme. Jersey Shore is a TV show that is so dumb, it's funny. For those who do not know what Jersey Shore is....here you go:Josh was rocking spiked hair, while Xander was rocking a mo-hawk!
